AtlanTech Vision Corporation is proud to introduce Parallax Visual Dimples™ (PVD™)— a patent-pending architecture that delivers true continuous full-motion parallax in both
horizontal and vertical directions from a flat, solid-state panel.
PVD™ eliminates the traditional roadblocks of glasses-free 3D and light-field displays: no
eye-tracking, no mechanical components, no refractive lens arrays, and no complex multi-view
rendering overhead. Instead, it creates an immersive, multi-user experience where depth, per-
spective, and motion feel natural — whether you’re viewing from one seat or across the room.
This minimalist approach makes PVD™ uniquely suited for both premium new displays and
retrofit applications through our PVD Retro Recycle Program.
How PVD™ Works: The HemiComb™ Core
The heart of the PVD™ system is the patent-pending HemiComb™ — a dual-material hon-
eycomb array of isolated HemiPixels™.
Each HemiPixel™ consists of:
• Clear PETG light-pipe channels that efficiently guide light from the backlight or salvaged
panel LEDs.
• Matte-black PETG isolating walls and hexagonal pinhole caps that prevent crosstalk while
enabling continuous parallax.
This creates a precise, crosstalk-free light-field emission with hemispherical emission character-
istics — hence “HemiComb™.”

PVD Retro Recycle Program
Turn discarded monitors and TVs into cutting-edge light-field displays.
Using our HemiComb™ Sheet Fabrication Process (detailed in our internal SOP), we 3D-print
high-precision optical sheets on a Bambu Lab A1 Combo with Inland PETG filaments. Af-
ter printing, a controlled low-temperature clarification step flattens the mounting surface and
enhances light-pipe clarity for optimal transmission.
Each clarified HemiComb™ sheet mounts directly to a salvaged monitor/TV backplane (with
3 LED COB per cell), followed by simple software LUT calibration. The result: a clip-on
retrofit that brings continuous parallax to 55–65" class panels — all while keeping e-waste out
of landfills.
This decentralized, SHED-compatible manufacturing approach (Smart Highly Efficient Distributed-
manufacturing) lets small teams or even home workshops participate in the light-field revolution.
